Muhammad Ali is one of the greatest boxer in the world, he is noted for bad mouthing his opponent inside and outside the ring. Thrilla in Manila was held in Manila during the reign of Pres. Ferdinand Marcos. The fight was refereed by one of the best and most respected international boxing referee Carlos Padilla. I just wish Padilla can also be the referee for Pacquiao fights but just to let you know the Mr. Padilla is also a Filipino.
