Are Filipino Pacquiao fans being Racist?

When Floyd Sr. accused Manny Pacquiao of possible steroid use, Pacland and many boxing forums were flooded with Floyd Mayweather Jr. hilarious caricatures and photos. I don't think these photos were really about racism. This type of behavior is pretty normal in the Philippines, Filipinos are known to stick together in times of trouble and other calamities. A mere stupid and idiotic accusation started this whole mess and the retaliation is just unbearable and unstoppable for Team Mayweather.
